Rs75 commemorative banknote of Pakistan

 


To mark the country’s 75 years of independence, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) a Rs75 commemorative banknote. The note has portraits of the following persons to recognize and acknowledge their contribution in Pakistan movement.

1.Muhammed Ali Jinnah : Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a barrister, politician, and the founder of Pakistan.
2. Sir Syed Ahmed Khan (Sir Syed Ahmad Khan also Sayyid Ahmad Khan was an Indian Muslim reformer,philosopher, and educationist in nineteenth-century British India.
3.Allama Iqbal : Muhammad Iqbal, also known as Allama Iqbal, is the National Poet of Pakistan. He was a poet, philosopher, politician, lawyer, and scholar.
4.Fatima Jinnah : Fatima Jinnah was a Pakistani States woman, politician, dental surgeon and one of the leading founders of Pakistan. She was the younger sister of Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
On the reverse side of the note has a picture of national animal Markhor and the national tree Deodar.
